Running with a heart - sugar land rotary 5k

Thank you so much to Sugar Land Rotary Club for putting on a wonderful charitable 5k benefitting CureSHANK! Despite the rain and cold, the turnout at Running with a Heart - Sugar Land Rotary 5K near Houston, TX was substantial!

CureSHANK's president Geraldine Bliss drove in from College Station, and nearly all the Restrepos (family with PMS son Arian) --plus friends!--drove in from Brookshire.

CureSHANK veep Talya Emery Silva was there with husband Arturo and their three boys: the older two did the 5k with Sugar Land Rotary president Natalie Melcher Lerner and her boys, while Asa "hung out" with his PMS buddy Arian.

PMS sibling Nathan Bliss could not be there, but many of his friends, mostly from McGovern Medical School, showed up to support the cause!

A special thank you to Todd Breton and Heidi Letulle Bailes, co-directors of the 5k--this was such a special day and we so appreciate your service to others and support!
